Getting the offer is the easy part - these are competitive jobs! Our rigorous curriculum helps students develop the tools to succeed in a demanding work environment and develop strong personal reputations in their industries.
We have met with students in the evenings, over the weekends, and on vacation when needed, and we protect their anonymity from colleagues and employers.
We work with our students for a 5 to 8 year period. Our support extends beyond securing a job offer - we help our students set long-term goals (adjust them as they develop as professionals), work to maximize their chances of converting an internship into a full-time offer, and support them in the process of securing their future jobs as well. We average well over 50 hours of one-on-one instructional time per student over the course of our relationship.

We work with our students to maximize their chances of getting an interview at the leading investment banks. This includes club application support, reviewing cases and stock pitches, assistance applying to freshman and sophomore internships, and networking strategy, resources, and preparation.
We make it easy for companies to say yes to our students. Our students develop 30+ page preparation documents with answers to frequently asked questions. We also provide students with access to question banks for assessment quizzes, HireVue practice, and technical interview practice.
